Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Pediatric therapy agency in Chicago seeking full-time or part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join its team. We provide a very competitive salary and benefits package! As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior plans, providing parent education and training, and monitoring progress. This role will be based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience in conducting behavior assessments and developing behavior plans
• Knowledge of Parent Education and Psychology
• Skills in Behavior Management and data collection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
