- Educate, interpret, and train parks and program managers on policies, guidance, informational resources and training opportunities regarding youth and volunteer programming.
- Provide professional and technical support, advice, interpretation of rules, regulations, and guidelines for a broad range of youth and volunteer programs and functions for parks and offices.
