Recent Graduate: Human Capital and Diversity Data Analyst

Duties

As a Recent Graduate Human Capital and Diversity Data Analyst, some of your typical work assignments may include:

  • Applying statistical techniques to analyze, illustrate, condense, and evaluate data. Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI and programming languages to perform data manipulation and create dashboards.
  • Collaborating with other team members to evaluate human capital and DEIA issues facing the agency and assists in developing data-driven solutions for management.
  • Planning, managing, tracking, executing, and completing projects, initiatives, and assignments; providing reports and status updates on projects.
  • Collaborating with others to deliver data-driven presentations and briefings on human capital and DEIA issues and assists in communicating complex information into understandable language with data storytelling.

The Recent Graduate Program lasts for one (1) year. You may be eligible for conversion to a permanent or term (1 – 4 years in duration) position once you complete the program, without further competition.
