RV Sales Summer Intern
Take charge! Think fast! Work hard! Drive results! Achieve! As the RV Sales Summer Intern, you will be responsible for cultivating opportunity and help grow the local market, finding new and exciting ways to market and sell RVs. You will have the opportunity to make money without a cap on pay, you run your business within our business. The ideal candidate is high energy, personable and will take the extra step to provide outstanding customer service. You WANT to be a part of this!
What you'll do:
- Learn and follow a proven sales process
- Create opportunities through phone, text, email, and social media
- Identify needs and interests to match the customer to the right RV
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Help with shows and events for the dealership
What we're looking for:
- Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
- Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems to support the sales process
- Relevant background in sales and/or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Must be highly motivated, mentally unstoppable, and absurdly competitive
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience a plus
- An awesome attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
