2024 Information Technology Summer Internship - DevOps

 

The 2024 Information Technology Intern at Lazard will have the opportunity to work with IT Professionals across multiple departments including, but not limited to: Information Security, Infrastructure & Cloud, Transformation Strategy, Corporate Systems, and Financial Advisory Business Technology. The intern will be assigned to one primary team but will have the opportunity throughout the course of the internship to work closely with their peers on the 2024 Capstone Project.

This is a full-time paid internship program spanning ten weeks from June through August 2024.

Summer interns will be considered for our 2025 IT Analyst Rotational Program following graduation.

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained by July 2025 or earlier
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, R&D, Engineering, Physical Computing, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or equivalent
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Good research skills; accurate and prompt in delivery
  • Quick learner, energetic and positive attitude
  • Ability to query and analyze data from large databases
  • Active interest/participation in emerging technology (i.e. maker labs, start-ups, innovation labs)
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools: Python, R or MATLAB is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools: D3, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or equivalent is a plus
  • Strong interest in finance preferred
