Business Development Manager

Malone Workforce Solutions is actively recruiting the best and brightest in the industry. The Business Development Manager would generate and oversee new business relationships, collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for assigned territories, and develop sales plans with internal and external customers. If you are looking to join a family-owned and operated company, with opportunities for future growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Lexington, KY!

The Responsibilities:

  • Sales generation, development of leads, and business development for an assigned Regional area through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing
  • Qualify potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines
  • Sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers
  • Work with corporate Marketing to implement marketing strategies for the territory
  • Meet sales goals and metrics given
  • Report activity on a regular basis in CRM system
     

The Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have sales knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact face-to-face with customers and present a solution-based presentation
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to meet with customers within territory
