Position Overview
The Graphic Artist and Visual Designer Intern at Bad Kids Korporation will focus on creating a variety of visual materials, including iconography for brands, brand decks, pitch decks, album covers, flyers, and other promotional designs. This role requires a strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Pitch Deck Design:
  - Create visually compelling pitch decks that effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
  - Collaborate with team members to ensure that pitch decks align with the brand and project goals.

2. Album Cover Design:
  - Design unique and engaging album covers that reflect the artist's vision and music.
  - Work closely with musicians and the production team to conceptualize and execute designs.

3. Flyer and Promotional Material Design:
  - Design eye-catching flyers, posters, and other promotional materials for events and campaigns.
  - Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s image and communicate the intended message.

4. Visual Content Creation:
  - Develop visual content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  - Assist in the creation of visual elements for marketing campaigns and other projects.

5. Collaboration and Feedback:
  - Work collaboratively with various teams, including marketing, production, and business development, to deliver high-quality visual designs.
  - Accept and implement feedback to refine and improve designs.

6. Project Management:
  - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  - Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities:
 - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
 - Strong portfolio showcasing experience in pitch deck design, album covers, flyers, and other promotional materials.
 - Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
 - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.
