Web Content Marketing And Communications Intern

University of Iowa Health Care Marketing and Communications is seeking a paid intern. The ideal student is currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline and is:

 The web content and media student interns are active members of our marketing/communications team and work closely with colleagues across the department (marketing, communications, web, graphic design, video, and photography), as well as clients within UI Health Care and other partners. Strong Microsoft office skills are required. Experience with digital CMS environments preferred.

Marketing students may have the opportunity to be involved with:

SEO optimization

Content updates to web properties

Analytics and reporting

Integrated marketing campaigns

Project management

Web content development

Management and organization of media assets (photos and design files)

Hours: Up to 15 hours/week during school year; up to 20 hours/week during summer and breaks Starting Rate: $12

This position is located at the Health Care Support Services building in Coralville.
