Land and Apartments (“L&A”) is a private investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and operation of multi-family properties. L&A is led by an experienced team of professionals with backgrounds in finance, construction, and property management.

POSITION OVERVIEW 

 

The key responsibilities of the Marketing Director is to oversee all marketing channels through which the company advertises its properties for rent. In this role, the candidate will determine the best process through which to attract the most tenants to our communities. Candidate will work closely with the Property Management, Asset Management and Executives.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop all content related to the marketing of multifamily properties including: photos, videos, listing descriptions. 

 

  • Manage all external leasing content through vendor websites and media platforms including: Zillow, Apartments.com, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms where our communities are found.

 

  • Ensure our advertisements are engaging and in the top position on a daily basis.

 

  • Assist in the rebranding of properties we acquire by developing new property names, logos, tenant collateral, signage and other items.

 

  • Collaborate with property managers to create events that enhance the profile of our properties, increase tenant retention and attract more customers to the property.

 

  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to senior management

 

  • Manage corporate social media channels and website

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; OR 5 yrs of experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or advertising role
  • Strong analytical, project management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
