We currently have an opportunity available for an AM Reporting Senior Manager position. The Senior Manager develops reports that can drive actions with the primary objective of increasing quality of service and efficiency through Global SOP; work with the Service Quality community to establish programs, metrics, and standards utilizing First Choice or similar methodologies; recommends process design changes and identifies opportunities to improve existing procedures and related tools to meet the requirements of an evolving workflow process and leads multi-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives. Use Artificial Intelligence and predictive analysis to take the reporting platform to the next level

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Provides KPI Metric Measurement and delivers daily update on Key Metrics

· Follows up with the requestors to ensure value of the reports generated.

· Use AI and predictive analysis to take the reporting platform to the next level

· Logs and captures all Service-Related Incidents, aircraft, truck or weather (Including Cost Where Applicable)

· Source for OPMs/PAT/WEBSAM/QSMS/CALMS

· Assists in the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services.

· Supervises two or more staff; responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing teams.

· Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes.

· Collects, organizes, monitors, and evaluates operational, service, and performance data through automated reporting and regular communication to management and business units. identifying trends and areas for improvement

· Performs data analysis to determine current performance and forecast and trend future performance to recommend improvements and/or corrective actions.

· Develops reports to detail the approval, implementation, and maintenance of all process

· Improvement plans

· Builds and maintains databases and works with IT and the Global team to ensure continuity.

· Develops and maintains an internal procedural audit program for service and compliance.

· May provide functional guidance, advice and/or training to less experienced business

 

Technical Skills required:

· Database (Access, SQL)

· PowerBi, Tableau

· Excel
