Math High School Teacher

Duties:

- Develop and implement instructional plans and materials that align with curriculum standards
- Provide effective classroom instruction to high school students
- Utilize various teaching strategies and techniques to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Provide academic advising and support to students, including college and career guidance
- Utilize behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

Skills:

- Strong instructional design skills to create engaging lesson plans and materials
- Ability to effectively tutor students in various subjects
- Proficient in conducting research, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues
- Familiarity with research laboratory procedures and protocols
- Excellent behavior management skills to address student needs and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Familiarity with library services and resources for academic support
- Experience in scientific research methodologies and data analysis techniques
