Pay

August 19 - November 4

$500 total pay / part-time hours (3-5hrs a week)  / fall

Per California law, all California residents will be paid $15/hr (3-5hrs/per week)

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for people who are reliable and are excited work with influencers and content creators. If you're up to date with the latest influencer content, fashion trends and social media news  - you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities: (Influencer Gifting & Collaborations)

As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will partner with our trusted content creators and influencers to share the ALLSZN brand through gifted collaborations and fun social media posts. The position is fully remote.

This position works behind the scenes to help drive brand engagement and audience reach. No need to post or promote the brand instead we want your ideas on marketing and brand trends to share with our influencers.

You will join a small team so this role is for someone that is not afraid to take charge and thrives in a self-startup environment. This role requires a strong point of view in fashion and style for campus and city looks. You’ll be expected to facilitate the creation of engaging content that follows our brands guidelines and helps meet growth goals.

Tasks:

  • Identify new micro  and macro influencer trends (songs, memes, fashion styles etc.) partnership opportunities primarily, but not limited to Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Support our influencer product gifting and affiliate program via direct links and TikTok shop partnerships.
  • Monitor social media content from collaborations and present quality content to the Social Media Team for re-posting on the our Instagram, TikTok, and related accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with social influencers on behalf of ALLSZN through collaborations and regular communication.
  • Review inbound influencer inquiries to ensure they meet established criteria including brand alignment, content quality, promotional tactics, etc. and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Create recap reports and decks analyzing and leveraging data-based insights on influencer performance.
  • Proactively stays up to date with up-and-coming influencers, platforms, pop culture & competitive news.
  • Work cross-functionally to successfully implement new campaigns, materials, and content for influencer marketing programs.
  • Stay up to date with the social algorithm to help optimize our videos for high engagement and visibility.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years’ experience in influencer marketing (entry-level)
  • A collaborative, ‘team-first’ attitude and a leadership style that prioritizes career and personal development
  • Familiar with social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet team goals
  • Ability to analyze channel data and turn into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude, purposeful, but ability to have fun, etc.
