Global Service Trainee (North America Region, Bilingual in Mandarin)

DJI's NA Regional Service Department serves as the user-facing interface, focuses on user needs and enhances product reputation by delivering high-quality, full lifecycle services to DJI users across North America. Through a nationwide service network, diverse service channels, intelligent service tools, and innovative service solutions, it ensures each journey of spatial intelligence exploration is safeguarded and each service experience is delightful. Adhering to the service philosophy of "Starting from the Heart, Making Technology More Human", the NA Regional Service Department is not only a transmitter of technological warmth but also a vital service bridge connecting North American users.

 

Responsibilities:

In this program, you will receive direct mentorship from department leaders, rotate through various business areas and departments, and participate in key project operations. You will deeply engage in the full lifecycle service journey of DJI products, continuously enhancing user experience and DJI's service brand image, also safeguarding every exploration of spatial intelligence and sharing the beauty of technology with global users.

 

Here, you can grow into:

  1. User Experience Expert: Starting from the user’s perspective, map out the entire lifecycle of the product's service journey, identify service needs and opportunities at each stage, drive product iteration and innovation, provide high-quality lifecycle services, and enhance product reputation.
  2. Interaction Design Expert: Translate user’s feedback effectively, plan service networks and levels, identify different user groups, design service models and interaction solutions, optimize user experience, iterate service processes and standards, and continuously improve DJI's service brand image.
  3. Service Solutions Expert: Continuously gain internal and external insights, analyze user’s demands in various scenarios, customize service strategies and solutions, and lead the entire process from design to launch and operation of service products.
  4. Global Contract Manufacturer Operation Expert: Dive into the frontline service operations, participate in the management of global contract manufacturers, design localized service strategies and solutions based on the differentiated needs of domestic and international users, drive key accounts to improve service quality, and ensure safe flights for global users.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, with a major in Science and Engineering preferred;
  • Empathetic with a user-centric mindset, possess a broad vision and clear logical thinking, and demonstrate strong abilities in learning, communication, and teamwork
  • Highly self-motivated, open-minded towards work content and challenges, responsible, and strongly driven;
  • Proficient in English as a working language
