Role Overview:

As a WordPress Developer Intern at Bad Kids Korporation, you will be an integral part of our development team, working on the creation, customization, and maintenance of our WordPress websites. You will gain hands-on experience in web development, learn best practices, and contribute to exciting projects that impact the music and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing web designs.
- Ensure website functionality and performance across various browsers and devices.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our web development processes.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of WordPress development, including themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
