Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to schedule and coordinate their support needs efficiently.
- Verify service reports and timesheets to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Serve as an integral part of our support team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Work closely with our engineering and automation experts to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of support activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a customer support or coordination role is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks is also helpful, but not required.

MDI hires students and graduates from most engineering disciplines from colleges all over the nation. Our internships & apprenticeships are immersive and give students the ability to receive a tremendous amount of hands-on learning while working in the field alongside our engineers. An average of 80% of our interns receive offers for full-time employment or return internships. In 2023, we hired 20 full-time engineers and 58 interns who were recruited from 26 schools in 10 states and so far, for 2024 we have already broken most of those records!
