Looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Aflac Benefits Consultant position to work in a professional environment. Management opportunities are available.
Responsibilities: This is an executive level business to business sales position. We would love to find someone that wishes to be in a management position at some point in time. We are an insurance company, but this is not a door to door sales position.
The person we are hiring will be responsible for making personal business visits to owners of companies in order to improve their existing benefit plans. Our focus is on consulting and education rather than selling.
- Schedule meetings with local small business owners via cold calls, networking, referrals, social media, Aflac provided leads.
- Consult with local business owners to implement Aflac programs
- Small group presentations and one-on-one employee consultations
- Educate and enroll individuals in Aflac policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and build outstanding relationships
