Responsibilities
Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide proactive services to the Pella Corporation Supply Chain department and specifically in the Transportation/Logistics related functions. The incumbent will strive to understand the business and the factors of success in the industry. With that base of understanding, this person will manage and implement projects that will improve Pella’s Supply Chain processes. Responsibilities will be like what we expect of entry-level Supply Chain professionals who join Pella after graduating.

- Pursuing a B.S. from a four-year college or university in Supply Chain with an emphasis in Transportation/Logistics.
- Strong academic candidate.
- Experience with team leadership and teamwork, especially outside the classroom.
- Ability to use the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and other applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Ability to influence others.
- Experience problem solving and the ability to organize.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Experience managing projects from conception through implementation.
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced team-based work environment.
