Our team needs to add a part-time intern who is very computer savvy. You will work independently with the Director of Operations and with the Financial Advisors.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to multiple advisors in a fast-paced environment with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and accuracy.
· Maintain files, both electronic and hard copies, with confidentiality.
· Professionally answer phone calls from current and prospective clients and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
· Schedule appointments in an online calendar.
· Carefully complete new account applications and client servicing forms.
· Precisely enter data into CRM.
· Ensure timely and correct completion and submission of paperwork.
· Help to organize and maintain office common areas.
· General Office Operations as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Data management with attention to detail in all tasks.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to accept challenging assignments.
· Ability to work independently as well as function successfully in a team environment.
· Have strong organizational skills and ability to follow set guidelines.
· Efficiently prioritize tasks in your workload.
· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new software.
· Comfort level using office equipment, including copier and scanner.
· Interest in wealth management and financial planning.
· High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
· Two or more years’ experience in office management or administration.
· College Degree preferred.
