Account Representative - Service

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The primary responsibility of an Account Representative is to build a book of business through:

  • Quote Insurance for new clients and present solutions
  • Answer Phones and Reply to emails to assist clients with policy needs
  • Assist Clients when Re-Shopping by re-quoting to identify alternative options
  • Issue new policies and communicate to client's to complete their policies
  • Track Status of Policies to ensure all policies are in good standing 
  • Set Up Service requests with the Service Team
  • Interact with Insurance carriers with escalated service needs
  • Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with over 35 carriers, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.

 

The team is responsible for existing business retention and works to achieve these on an individual and team level. Account Representative are equipped with extensive training in salesforce.com, sales process management, business development and more.

 

Compensation Summary:

 

The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $50,000 - $65,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package offers a base salary plus uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Cub trip.
