  • Enrolled Agent (EA) certification with the IRS is preferred; CPA is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of individual tax laws.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and follow-up.
  • Experience with tax preparation software, UltraTax preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client filings simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Focus on What You Love: Work exclusively on 1040 tax returns, allowing you to specialize and refine your expertise.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Enjoy hybrid work options to fit your lifestyle. Typically 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: We offer competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off (PTO), cell phone reimbursement and support and reimbursement for continuing education.
