Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Intern in Green Bay to provide support to Schneider’s Intermodal division. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for the successful execution and completion of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
- Use a variety of technology and programs to complete tasks.
- Create and accept customer orders.
- Schedule appointments for orders.
- Create documentation throughout the order creation process.
- Work closely with customer service teammates and leaders.
- Solve issues for customers.
