Finance and Insurance Manager

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with great people skills, a high sense of urgency, a desire to problem solve and an opportunity to help make people’s lives better. Previous F&I experience is preferred, but not required. Individuals with previous sales, financial, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Secure customer satisfaction and retention services for vehicle purchases.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of finance sources.
- Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
- As part of the management team, contribute to forecasting for the sales department.
- Be an active participant in management meetings and decisions.
- Acquire licenses for selling insurance.
- Be the final check on all legal, financial and customer paperwork and requirements.
- Establish and meet monthly objectives.
- Have a customer centered service mentality.
Requirements:
- Retail customer service with 5+ years of prior experience
- Strong sales background

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Up to $150,000 annually, depending on sales performance

Work Location: One location (One primary location with the chance to travel to other Junge locations)
