CORPORATE FINANCE ASSISTANT:

MGA Research Corporation is seeking a Corporate Finance Assistant to support the company’s financial operations and ensure the smooth execution of daily business functions. This entry-level, onsite role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy, financial accounting, and corporate finance for our North American operations.


Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to review financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of financial forecasts, helping to align business strategies with financial goals and growth projections.
  • Assist in the full accounts receivable process, including submitting and reviewing invoices, tracking payments, and following up with customers to ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare documents for tax filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations and deadlines.

Requirements And Skills

  • It is critical to have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errors.
  • Strong desire to work in an advanced technical field.
