Recruiting Intern - Summer 2025

 

Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking a Recruiting Intern in Green Bay to support Schneider’s Driver Recruiting team. The Recruiting Intern will assist with the day-to-day tasks associated with interviewing and hiring drivers. 
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming calls, chats and text messages from driver candidates. 
  • Provide superior customer service to driver candidates and other departments. 
  • Schedule interviews for driver recruiters. 
  • Assist driver recruiters with their day-to-day tasks. 

Qualifications - External

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Currently enrolled at a college or university. 
  • Working toward an associate, technical or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or logistics. 
  • Able to work full-time over the summer. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
