The principal will oversee daily operations, manage policy and procedures, lead faculty development, engage with parents and community members, and ensure that our educational programs align with the components of the Iowa Core Curriculum and the mission of St. Paul’s Lutheran School. The principal has the responsibilities for academic and curriculum development, personnel management, scheduling, implementation of strategic vision, extra-curricular activities, before and after care and safety/emergency procedures. The principal will work collaboratively to direct and nurture members of the school staff and student body. The principal will play a vital role in engaging families and fostering partnerships within our community. 

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Education Administration or related field and have at least five years of experience in teaching and educational leadership within an elementary school. We seek an innovative leader who is passionate about education, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is committed to the school’s mission.
