Purpose and Scope
Support the Analytics team and grow your analytical testing and characterization knowledge and skills in a pharmaceutical sales environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The projects scope will vary as needed and may include the following.
- Support brand General Managers of Men’s Health and Pediatric Endocrinology on key business initiatives. For example: evaluating sales force expansions, analyzing sales representative performance, monthly forecasting and tracking, and identifying opportunities for growth in the business.
- Increase analytics group efficiency. For example: deploying AI / ML where relevant (patient identification, sales analysis, etc,), streamlining existing processes by building better documentation / workflows, etc.
- Support other ongoing and applicable development projects. For example: working with the team to synthesize sales data for content analysis for JATENZO® and FENSOLVI®
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Programming experience a plus (SQL, Python)
- Data visualization experience a plus (Tableau)
- Skill in effective communication, both orally and in writing.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently.
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.

Education & Experience
- Pursuing a degree in engineering, economics, business, or other technical field.
- Have achieved an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher.
Working Conditions
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Compensation and Benefits
• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Benefits include medical insurance and 401k contribution.
