Purpose and Scope

Support the Analytics team and grow your analytical testing and characterization knowledge and skills in a pharmaceutical sales environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The projects scope will vary as needed and may include the following.

  • Support brand General Managers of Men’s Health and Pediatric Endocrinology on key business initiatives. For example: evaluating sales force expansions, analyzing sales representative performance, monthly forecasting and tracking, and identifying opportunities for growth in the business.
  • Increase analytics group efficiency. For example: deploying AI / ML where relevant (patient identification, sales analysis, etc,), streamlining existing processes by building better documentation / workflows, etc.
  • Support other ongoing and applicable development projects. For example: working with the team to synthesize sales data for content analysis for JATENZO® and FENSOLVI®

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Programming experience a plus (SQL, Python)
  • Data visualization experience a plus (Tableau)
  • Skill in effective communication, both orally and in writing.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently.
  • Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.

Education & Experience

  • Pursuing a degree in engineering, economics, business, or other technical field.
  • Have achieved an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher.

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Compensation and Benefits

•           Pay: $19.00 per hour

•           Benefits include medical insurance and 401k contribution.
