Sales and Development Representative

Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with local business owners & brokers to communicate the value of Aflac’s products & services
- Generate new sales through community-based outreach, networking, referrals & cold calls
- Schedule & conduct employer meetings regarding employee benefits and Aflac business solutions
- Educate employees on benefit options & conduct worksite benefit enrollments
- Provide claims support and customer service to new & existing clients to boost retention and renewals

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable personal transportation and active driver's license
