Inviting applications for the role of Android Developer (Tech Lead)
Genpact is seeking a skilled and adaptable Android Engineer to join our Store team. In this role, you will develop, support, and maintain applications that directly impact store employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable working across multiple applications, and excels at writing high-quality code under pressure.
As a lead engineer, you will guide the team under the direction of the Engineering Manager.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Strong proficiency in Android development
- Excellent debugging skills, including experience with ADB commands
- Up-to-date with Google’s latest recommendations and industry trends
- Experience with MVVM and MVP architecture patterns
- Proficient in Kotlin
- Hands-on experience with RxJava
- Knowledge of Dependency Injection frameworks (Dagger 2, Hilt)
- Experience with Room or Realm databases
- Working knowledge of MySQL or any other relational database
Preferred Qualification:
- Familiarity with Angular
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Xamarin, Ionic, React Native)
- Strong UI/UX sense
- Comfortable with Linux environments and Docker
