Financial Analyst Rotation Program
What You'll Do
Our Financial Analyst Rotation Program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and targeted training across various corporate finance roles. During the three-year program you'll gain valuable insights into Financial Planning and Analysis through dynamic and accelerated rotations tailored to business needs! We are proud to offer placements across a variety of teams including Investor Relations, Shared Services, Corporate Strategy, Distribution, Asset Management, and Retirement.
Generally, you'll be exposed to and be responsible for:
- Evaluating key business drivers and providing recommendations to help business leaders make better decisions.
- Identifying insights based on data-driven analysis.
- Analyzing financial information and communicating business results to leaders at various levels of the organization, including business unit and corporate CFOs, VPs, and above.
- Building and maintaining budgets and/or forecasts ensuring a clear link between our strategy and financial outlook.
- Supporting the preparation of month-end or quarter-end deliverables.
- Partnering with finance, strategy, and other business areas to problem solve and uncover insight.
- Involvement in community engagement through leadership and networking opportunities.

Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, or related field.
- You have strong financial and analytical skills, with an advanced understanding of finance concepts.
- Proven ability to interact with and influence people within the organization via written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presence and desire to continue to develop as a leader.
- Advanced Excel skills, and comfort working to tackle sophisticated problems within demanding time constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to present new information to all levels.
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- You have 1+ years of relevant analytical experience.
- Leadership with community organizations and/or through work experience.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$48450 - $77900 / Year
Time Off Program
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Work Environments
This role offers the ability for in-office, and hybrid work arrangements in our Des Moines, IA headquarters. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
Job Level
We are open to hiring at both the Analyst I and Analyst II levels depending on experience and qualifications. The qualifications listed above are aligned to the Analyst I level. Additional experience and knowledge will be needed to be considered for the Analyst II level.
