Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven college graduates with degrees in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sales or related areas to join our dynamic team at Aflac. As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Explain Aflac products and services in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to drive renewals and referrals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve both individual and company-wide sales targets.
- Utilize various marketing tools and strategies to promote Aflac’s offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and claims.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Previous sales experience (internships, part-time jobs, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
