We help clients define their financial goals and plans, select and manage investment strategies, and support them in working toward their goals. Responsibilities
As a Client Service Associate your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in client meeting preparation and follow-up, including assembling requisite paperwork, generating reports, scheduling appointments, and documenting post-meeting activities.
- Managing client needs regarding processing, service, and problem resolution in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring all documentation and record keeping adhere to compliance standards.
- Processing, submitting, and servicing all account paperwork/requests, primarily utilizing paperless procedures, including eSignature.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of consolidated performance reports for clients on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain client meeting notes and appointments in our the CRM database.
- Assist in developing and updating financial plans for new and existing clients.
- Managing multiple tasks on a daily basis.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development, including successfully passing the Series 7 (and subsequently Series 66).

- Well-organized and interested handling a range of tasks
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Series 7 & Series 66 licenses required to be obtained within twelve months.
