What You’ll Be Doing: 

As the Analyst, Finance - Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our planning and performance reporting functions, helping us optimize operations across all levels. Here’s how you’ll make a difference: 

  • Crunch the numbers: Extract, analyze, and present data to guide short- and long-term strategic decisions. 
  • Spot trends: Identify anomalies and trends in key operational metrics, helping leadership make informed decisions. 
  • Shape the future: Build and maintain forecast models that guide our current business projections and strategic initiatives. 
  • Support the team: Deliver daily, weekly, and period-end reports to executives and managers. 
  • Innovate and streamline: Drive process improvements, develop automated tools, and create impactful dashboards to boost productivity. 
  • Collaborate and connect: Partner with business users, managers, and executives to foster strong relationships and open communication. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

We’re seeking someone who’s ready to bring their A-game. The ideal candidate has: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Expertise in Excel and familiarity with tools like SQL, Access, or Business Objects. 
  • Bonus points for experience with Think LP, Agilence, Alteryx, Power BI, Snowflake, or MicroStrategy. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across business units.
