CED's Management Training Program is a multi-phase full time training program designed to prepare candidates to manage their own business--a Profit Center location. CED is newer to Minnesota and we need your help to grow!
Throughout the 2-3 year paid training program, Management Trainees learn all aspects of the electrical distribution field with a focus on business management, sales, and entrepreneurship. Key competencies include:

Each trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job training and supplemented with classroom and online module training. Trainees will visit manufacturing partners, vendors, and participate in many training/networking opportunities.
We are looking for people who thrive in a fast paced and sales-oriented environment with a desire to truly impact the business they work in. Individuals should be self-motivated, sales oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
We are hiring for positions in Minnesota and nearby NW Wisconsin. Relocation will be required within and outside of the Minneapolis area at some point.
