Responsibilities: Provides academic guidance to students from institutional partnerships in China or other international students pursuing majors, minors, or certificates in Wilson College of Business programs with regard to recruitment, application process, major requirements and curriculum, course scheduling and trouble-shooting, and graduation requirements; acts as an advisor and liaison for students and other international partners and visitors from China or other international programs; provides language translation and cultural interpretations; coordinates, manages, and participates in visits to institutional partners in China; provides leadership and coordination activities between administrators at partners in China and the Wilson College of Business including program expansion opportunities and continual improvements and updates; delivers recruitment presentations regarding the Wilson College of Business including information on its programs to groups of prospective students and their parents; and manages and oversees peer advisors/peer connectors between Chinese students attending UNI and university partners in China to increase visibility, partnership, recruitment, and engagement activities between the university partners, parents, and potential students.

This is Part-time position of approximately 10 hours per week.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and language fluency in Mandarin required. Academic or cultural advising experience; knowledge of university and college administration policies and procedures; experience working with a student information system; and experience with AACSB policies and procedures preferred.
