Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.

Sales Cycle Management: Navigate the entire sales process—from initial contact to closing the deal—while delivering personalized service.

Policy Expertise: Stay current with company policies and benefits programs to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with customers.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through personalized interactions and regular follow-ups.

Lead Cultivation: Identify and nurture new sales opportunities by engaging with warm leads and potential clients.

Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed records and generate reports to track sales performance and progress over time.

Qualifications: 

  • Must have a reliable computer with a camera to conduct Zoom calls.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet customer and business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and dependability.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
