Description
As our US Channel Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in building, developing, and managing a robust sales structure, a high-performing sales team (potentially), and effective strategies aligned with Oh-Yes Plastics' growth objectives and those of our channel partners. Your primary focus will be on significantly increasing the adoption of our plastic solutions within enterprise environments through these partnerships.
You will be responsible for influencing and inspiring channel partners at all levels, from tactical teams to executive leadership. This involves crafting and executing cross-functional, targeted development plans that ensure our partners have the services, product knowledge, and long-term support needed to succeed. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with internal teams such as Finance, Technical Support, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Your responsibilities will include leading strategic account and segment planning with both Oh-Yes Plastics and our resellers, presenting these plans to leadership, and driving their execution through your team (if applicable) to achieve significant market share growth within the partner ecosystem.
Regularly assessing and communicating the performance and effectiveness of your sales team and reseller partnerships will be crucial. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, guiding them through to successful closure. Ensuring that any client issues are promptly addressed and facilitating seamless sales activity across both Oh-Yes Plastics and our channel partners will also be key aspects of this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion and a track record of developing and growing a substantial business.
- Experience in building and nurturing executive-level relationships that drive growth-oriented outcomes.
- Proven ability to empower and influence others, articulate a clear vision, and navigate complex situations effectively.
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills in cross-functional decision-making.
- Strategic problem-solving abilities, utilizing data and industry insights to inform vision and executable sales plans.
- Understanding of the Enterprise end-customer landscape.
- Deep knowledge of how customers adopt solutions and how this translates to the requirements of our Reseller Channel.
- Proven expertise in growing channel sales across commercial segments.
- Successful experience working both independently and as a sales leader, with the ability to activate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to stay abreast of market trends, partners' platform capabilities, and new partnership opportunities.

- Consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions and developing channel growth strategies
