Patient Experience Coordinator

At GameDay Men's Health the Patient Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who excels in customer service and possesses strong organizational skills. The Patient Experience Coordinator will oversee daily administrative functions, manage office staff, and maintain efficient office operations while fostering a welcoming environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Oversee scheduling and appointment management for staff and clients.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders, as necessary.
  • Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and welcoming.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry, reporting, and social media management.
  • Provide support to staff as a personal assistant when needed.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong social media skills (Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using computerized systems, including Google Suite for document management and communication.
  • Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
  • High level of computer literacy to navigate various software applications.
  • Experience with phone systems to manage calls efficiently.
