Analyst, Investor Relations & Marketing
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive analyst to join our Investor Relations & Marketing team. This role will focus on supporting our capital raising and marketing efforts for impact investment funds, spanning private equity and private credit on a global scale. The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter with a collaborative mindset, committed to serving our investors through efficient communication, attention to detail, and a performance-driven approach.
You will work closely with the Director of Investor Relations & Marketing, as well as the team, to manage the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, including but not limited to:
CRM System Management:
- Take ownership of maintaining and uploading prospective investor data in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Investor Requests:
- Serve as a key point of contact for investors, responding promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls. Provide access to critical information and reports and address investor concerns in a timely manner.
Performance Reporting:
- Update quarterly performance data across multiple databases, including Pitchbook, Preqin, and eVestment, and more to ensure accurate and timely reporting for current and prospective investors.
Internal & External Meeting Coordination:
- Manage the scheduling, coordination, and documentation of internal and external meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is distributed and meetings are efficiently organized.
Investor Communication:
- Assist in preparing and distributing quarterly and impact reports, maintaining clear, transparent, and consistent communication with investors.
Marketing Collateral Management:
- Oversee the management and updating of marketing materials for ongoing and upcoming capital raises and investor updates, ensuring all documents are current and aligned with the firm's strategy.
Investor Portal & Data Room Management:
- Ensure all relevant materials are easily accessible in the investor portal and data rooms, keeping the platforms well-organized and up to date.
Social Media Campaigns:
- Work with the team to create and implement engaging social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube to increase visibility and engagement with current and prospective investors.
Event Management:
- Support the Investor Relations team in planning and executing investor-focused events, both locally in Chicago and nationally, to enhance investor relationships and firm presence.

- 1-2 years of experience in asset management, with a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.
