ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kelsey Foster State Farm Agency is searching for competitive upperclassmen for our Insurance Account Manager Internship. We are searching for students who are interested in the insurance industry, are eager to experience the fun environment of a top producing insurance agency, and participate in the daily sales efforts to grow the agency and help clients.

While in the internship, you will earn your Iowa state insurance licenses in Property, Casualty, Life and Health, gain in-depth knowledge of State Farm's products, learn to discover the unique insurance needs of each client, and earn generous commissions for your efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client insurance accounts and update information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and renewals.
  • Provide information on insurance products and services.
  • Outbound calling to prospective clients requesting products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance not required.
