I loved working for a company where I knew the managers and my fellow associates cared about me and wanted to get to know me. It's a great work culture and everyone was willing to help me however they could. I also enjoyed learning more about building materials and the different products L&W offers to its valued customers.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have worked more with other interns at other branches across the country.
Advice
Learning the use and the purpose of each product being sold is the most difficult part, so ask as many questions as possible.
