Oceaneering had a great intern program. At the Hanover location, they had about 25 interns for the summer. They paired each of these interns with a mentor, assigned them their own project, and provided plenty of learning opportunities at group meetings, mentorship, and workshops. Interns performed meaningful work which contributed to their team's overall project.
