What I liked
The unstructured and self-starting atmosphere that Rivanna creates for its employees. Since it is a startup, the employees (and interns) have to be able to do multiple roles in the business. Thus, your days are varied as the priorities of the company change. This makes for an ever changing and exciting atmosphere in which you are allowed to channel your creativity and ideas are accepted from anyone.
