What I liked

I loved all the intern events, built relationships with people across all departments. My teammates are all super nice and willing to help, mostly co-worked through problems, and my manager was awesome. Loved the hybrid working environment.

What I liked

The culture was amazing. Everyone at SPS wants to see you grow and develop to become the best version of yourself. They encourage continuous learning, and one of the ways they showed that was providing time and resources to encourage educating ourselves at work.

What I wish was different

Sometimes it felt like there was so much room to grow I didn't know where I wanted to explore. It would have been great to have a personally guided path to find what I was interested in, but general exposure to certain technologies certainly helped a lot.

Advice

Never be afraid to ask questions or reach out for help. Everyone is more than willing to provide assistance even if they don't tell you explicitly. Do your best to learn from others and connect so that you get the most possible out of the experience.
